Chorizo & Thyme is about sharing and discussing kitchen experiments, including recipes I’ve tried or modified, other food related thoughts, and other non-food things peppered here and there. You will also find quite a few book reviews. If you like reading wordy stuff (I’m trying to keep it kind of short but sometimes I don’t) and a little storytelling, I welcome you to linger.
I also tend to post non-foodie related musings in between recipes. Please note that I don’t exclusively write about food all the time. I love documenting life in general and although food is a big part of my life, it’s not the only thing I do. Writing about food and about what I’m up to in general is something I love doing and it’s the reason why I keep C&T going.
Be aware though: you will never get perfect grammar here. With C&T I strive to be as informal as possible.
